📦 Pre-Order Items

A majority of the products listed on our website are pre-orders. These items are not immediately available in stock but are procured specifically for you upon placing an order.

Once your pre-order is confirmed, we begin the process of sourcing the item from our trusted overseas suppliers.
Most pre-order products are dispatched from our international warehouses and typically take between 30 to 45 days to arrive at our dispatch location in India.
After the product reaches our domestic facility and passes quality checks, we dispatch it to your delivery address using one of our premium shipping partners.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped within India.

⏳ Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on supplier release dates, international transit conditions, or customs clearance procedures.

🗓️ Items Not Yet Released

Some items listed as pre-orders are yet to be officially released by the manufacturer or supplier. These will have a clearly mentioned Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) in the respective product description.

The dispatch timeline for these items begins only after the product is released and made available to us by the brand or supplier.
Once the item is in stock with us, we will process and ship it within 2 to 4 working days on a First-Come, First-Serve basis, giving priority to those who pre-ordered early.

🚀 Domestic Shipping & Delivery

After your item reaches our domestic facility, we use only trusted and reputed shipping partners within India—such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post—for final delivery.

Estimated delivery time within India is usually 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
All shipments are securely packed to ensure that your valuable collectibles are delivered safe, undamaged, and in mint condition.

📍 Order Tracking & Notifications

You will receive email and/or SMS notifications once your item is shipped from our warehouse.
A tracking number will automatically be sent to your phone number as well as you email.
